Albert J.

Founder, CEO

Meet the Founder

Hire Highs was founded by a Filipino-American, Albert. Former hedge fund risk product manager for Nasdaq and BNY Mellon leveraging dozens of talent in Chennai and Pune, India. He was also Chief Business Officer of a California mortgage bank that built two sales teams in the Philippines, helping grow the US team to more than 100 employees with branches all over the nation. Chief of Staff at e-commerce startup Tea Drops and growth marketer at Bodymatter, creators of SleepWatch. He led growth marketing at VC-backed consumer tech startup STEEZY, managing a team with offshore talent and agencies. More recently, he oversaw both sales and marketing for Maven and still maintains an advisory role for executive management.

Through his unique experience across geographical boundaries and business functions, he truly believes that all companies and business leaders should build remotely distributed teams with untapped talent in order to optimize cash flow, maximize the time spent on strategic initiatives and achieve unparalleled growth.

Jhe is a skilled Multimedia Artist with over 12 years of experience, specializing in creating compelling visual content across a wide range of industries. From marketing and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) to printing and creative marketing, Jhe has developed a deep understanding of how to tailor designs to meet the unique needs of each sector. In his role as a Senior Motion Graphic Artist, Jhe has consistently delivered innovative and impactful graphics, earning a reputation for excellence both locally and overseas. Whether crafting motion graphics, branding materials, or digital content, Jhe brings creativity, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality to every project.

Trish A.

Chief of Staff

Trish is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in talent recruitment, operations management, and business development. With a strong background in HR and client services, she excels in managing full-cycle recruiting processes, leading operations, and driving business growth. Trish’s process-oriented approach and profit-driven mindset have made her a key player in both startup and established environments. As a business consultant, she has contributed to the success of companies like Unitalk Interactive, Accentline, EVA Outsourcing, NEARSOL Philippines, and Tokie Outsourcing. Trish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management double major in English  and earned a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Annaly is a dedicated and experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in customer service, sales, and technical support within the BPO industry. Throughout her career, she has consistently solved complex technical issues and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction. Currently, as a Client Services Supervisor, she leads a team committed to providing exceptional service and support for eCommerce clients. She is also known for her ability to resource the best resolutions for complex challenges, ensuring both client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Operations Manager

Mark has 14 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, successfully managing multiple lines of business, including Billing, Sales, and E-commerce. His career has been marked by a commitment to process improvement and efficiency, leading initiatives that have enhanced support group performance and helped achieve client goals. Mark’s expertise lies in optimizing operations and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment Manager

Charene is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Analysis, and HR Coordination. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Charene has developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, which she leverages to excel in the recruitment process. Her career spans over 15 years, during which she has honed her skills in sourcing and interviewing top talent, administering assessments, and managing recruitment documentation. Accountant and Bookkeeper

Jennefer has been working as an Accounting Specialist for over 24 years.  She has worked as a Bookkeeper/Accountant for various US clients since 2008.  She is very well versed in the accounting process and has gained expertise in the majority of the accounting applications that small to medium size companies are using nowadays.  These accounting applications include Quickbooks, Xero, Zoho, Wave App, FreshBooks, NetSuite, AppFolio, Buildium, and Propertyware.
