HireHighs was founded by a Filipino-American, Albert Jose. Former hedge fund risk product manager for Nasdaq and BNY Mellon leveraging dozens of talent in Chennai and Pune, India. He was also Chief Business Officer of a California mortgage bank that built two sales teams in the Philippines, helping grow the US team to more than 100 employees with branches all over the nation. Chief of Staff at e-commerce startup Tea Drops and growth marketer at Bodymatter, creators of SleepWatch. More recently, he led growth marketing at VC-backed consumer tech startup STEEZY, managing a team with offshore talent and agencies.
